Returns & Exchanges
Because each hat is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or change-of-mind purchases. Please double-check your order details before placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email]. We’ll happily send a replacement at no extra cost. Photos of the issue are required so we can make it right.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued if we cannot provide a replacement for a damaged or incorrect item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Order Changes / Cancellations
Since each product is custom printed, we cannot make changes or cancel an order once it has gone into production (usually within 24 hours of purchase).
